By creating an account or using Jobbidy, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Jobbidy provides
Jobbidy helps you discover, organise, rank, and prepare for relevant job opportunities. It can import job information, tailor résumés and cover letters, show document changes, create PDFs, and stage application materials.
Staged is not submitted. Unless Jobbidy clearly confirms a successful submission, you remain responsible for completing the application with the employer or job platform.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, lawful information and review every generated or tailored document before using it.
- Confirm job details, deadlines, eligibility, salary, employer identity, and submission status with the original source.
- Keep your sign-in methods secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
- Use imported job content and connected services in accordance with applicable laws and third-party terms.
- Do not misuse Jobbidy to deceive employers, impersonate others, distribute malware, scrape unlawfully, or interfere with the service.
Your content
You retain ownership of résumés, profile information, application documents, and other original content you provide. You grant Jobbidy the limited permission needed to store, process, transform, and transmit that content to provide features you request.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use your content.
Third-party services and job listings
Jobbidy may display or link to job boards, employers, identity providers, email services, and AI providers. Their content, availability, decisions, and terms are outside Jobbidy’s control. A listing’s presence or fit score is not an endorsement or guarantee.
AI-assisted material
AI-generated rankings, summaries, and documents may contain errors or omit important context. They are drafting aids, not professional, legal, migration, financial, or employment advice. Review and correct all outputs before relying on them.
Availability and liability
Jobbidy is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular job outcome, an interview, or successful delivery through a third-party application system.
To the extent permitted by law, Jobbidy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian consumer protections.
Suspension, termination, and changes
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse. You may stop using Jobbidy and request account deletion at any time.
We may update the service or these terms. Material revisions will be reflected by the effective date above and, where appropriate, additional notice.
