Information we collect

Jobbidy processes information needed to provide your account and job-application workspace, including:

• account details such as username, email address, and a securely hashed password;
• basic Google account details supplied during Google Sign-In, such as your stable account identifier, name, and verified email address;
• résumés, profile information, job listings, application drafts, cover letters, and document change history you create or import; and
• configuration and API credentials you choose to provide. Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, keep workspaces separate, import and rank relevant jobs, prepare and compare tailored application documents, generate requested files, and maintain the security and reliability of Jobbidy.

Google account information is used only to authenticate your Jobbidy account and link it to the matching verified email address. Jobbidy does not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, Drive files, or Google password.

Service providers and disclosure

Jobbidy uses limited service providers to operate the product. Google provides identity authentication, and Resend delivers requested one-time sign-in emails. Hosting and database infrastructure process the data required to run your workspace.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service and its users, or to a replacement operator as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

Storage, security, and retention

Jobbidy is served over HTTPS and uses security controls including isolated accounts, secure session cookies, password hashing, one-time expiring magic links, and encrypted sensitive credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep account and workspace information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect against abuse. Backups may persist for a limited period after deletion.

Your choices

You can choose whether to use a password, a magic link, or Google Sign-In where available. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your Jobbidy account data by contacting us. Legal rights can vary by location.

Third-party job content

Job listings and employer material may originate from third-party sources and remain subject to those providers’ terms and privacy practices. Jobbidy’s policy applies to information processed inside Jobbidy, not to an employer or job board you visit.
